PURPOSE: To improve an efficiency of heat recovery by disposing two superchargers on the way of an exhaust passage and alternatively feeding a high-temperature and pressure exhaust gas to one supercharger and a low-temperature and pressure gas to the other supercharger through an bypass of an economizer, through means of a switch valve.
CONSTITUTION: Are provided a primary exhaust gas turbosupercharger 7 which operates with an exhaust gas fed from an internal combustion engine 1 and an exhaust gas economizer 2 wherein an exhaust gas from the supercharger 7 heat-exchanges with a water to generate a steam. A secondary exhaust gas turbosupercharger 13 is disposed on the way of an exhaust gas bypass pipe 12. A switch valve 9 makes such an alternative control that while an exhaust gas is remained hot for a certain period, it is fed to the primary supercharger 7 and while the gas is low, it is fed to the secondary supercharger 13. The exhaust gas economizer can be constantly supplied with a hot exhaust gas, thereby improving an efficiency of recovering an exhaust gas energy.
