Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent oil leakage in the rotary hydraulic pump by providing an empty chamber at the bearing part and connecting said chamber to the low pressure side with a passage. CONSTITUTION:An empty chamber 4 is provided at a bearing part 3 which is then connected to the low pressure side 1 or 2 with a passage 5 thereby making the pressure at the bearing part 3 equal to the low pressure side to prevent the oil leak at the bearing part 3. When the low pressure side becomes the high pressure side alternatively the passage may be switched over to the low pressure side through the detection of the pressure difference and the like.
