Abstract

PURPOSE: To loosen boiled rice uniformly and to pile it, by setting horizontally a pair of drums equipped with blade rods rotatably in the opposite direction with each other below the lower end of a boiled rice feed hopper and arranging the blade rods of one drum spirally.
CONSTITUTION: The loosening blades 5 and 6 consists of one pair of the cylindrical drums 11 and 12 radiately equipped with many blade rods, and the blade rods are arranged spirally against the axis direction at least on one of the drums. The one pair of the drums 11 and 12 are rotated in the opposite direction with each other so that the boiled rice can be loosened between the blades. The tableware 55 is fed from the storage part 51 and sent by the conveyor 56. The boiled rice in the storing part 3 is loosened by the loosening blades 5 and 6 below it, and fed continuously from the inclined plane of the loosening and sending chamber 4 through the shutter 42 to the weighing hopper 46. The load converter of the weighing mechanism 44 is operated, the loosening blades 5 and 6 and the sending blade 9 are stopped, the shutter 43 is moved backward, and the given amount of the boiled rice is piled in the tableware 55.
