Abstract
PURPOSE: Purified liquid juice of SHIITAKE having good aroma, enough nutrition, not damaging ingredients of SHIITAKE, free from impurity at all, obtained by filtering liquid juice of SHIITAKE by an extremely fine micron filter.
CONSTITUTION: Dried SHIITAKE is soaked in water or warm water in an amount about three times as much as that of SHIITAKE so that ingredients of SHIITAKE are extracted, to give liquid juice, which is filtered by an extremely fine filter of micron unit.
