Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to perform a reliable correction and to improve a measurement percision, by a method wherein an analyzer is corrected at two points of a low- concentration range and a high-concentration range. CONSTITUTION:An analyzer GU measures concentration using a known low-concentration standard solution, and after a correction means CC decides and stores a correction factor K1 for correcting a displacement of the measurements from a standard concentration value, the concentration is measured using a known high-concentration standard solution. The measurements are corrected by the use of the factor K1, and a correction factor K2 is decided and stored so that the correction results coincide with the concentration value of the high-conventration solution. After the factors K1 and K2 are recorded, a sample blood is measured. In case the measurements are below a given concentration value, the measurements are corrected by the factor K1, and in case the measurements exceed the given concentration value, the measurements by the factor K2.
