Abstract
PURPOSE:To control the closure period of a shutter automatically corresponding to the flash duration of a flash device, by detecting the duration of a signal flowing a flash synchronizing circuit. CONSTITUTION:With an X contact S4 made, a signal current flows through resistances Ra and Rb and while transistors (TR) Q6, Q7 and Q8 turn off, TRs Q4 and Q5 turn on. Consequently, a flash emission signal ''1'' is outputted from a point (b) to turn on an SCR1, and a ''0'' is outputted from a point C, so that a discriminating circuit T3 starts 1 millisecond counting operation. When the signal current is retained and the output at the point (b) is held at the ''1'' 1 millisecond later (bulb mode), a bulb timer circuit T4 having 30-40 millisecond timer time controls the period of shutter closure by the output of an AND gate G1. When the output at the point (b) goes down to a ''0'' 1 millisecond later (strobe mode), a strobe shutter-closure control circuit T5 performs the control.
