In this case, arm pins 38, 39 are separated from the previous press-contact state since slide of a loading lever 10 is stopped. When the pinch roller arms 18, 19 are rotated centering around the shafts of the arm shafts 30, 31 a magnetic tape 2 is made to press-contact with a capstan 45 by pinch rollers 24, 25, by which the magnetic tape runs.
