PURPOSE:To increase not only the working factor but the reliability of a multiplex electronic computer system, by installing a replacement state storage register and accordingly facilitating an easy replacement process of a data base even with the above-mentioned computer system. CONSTITUTION:The data base replacement mode is set via a system console 17 for the electronic computer systems AA and B respectively. In such case, operation state controllers A18 and B18 are actuated to supply a replacement data 11 via a data input device 01. This data is stored in a block A08-1 of a memory A02 and at the same time stored in a replacement state storage register A15 through a data base replacement controller A03. On the other hand, a set data 10 is supplied by a data setting device B07 in the system B and then stored in a block B08-2 of a memory B02. This data is sent to a data receiver A05 by a data transmitter B06 and via a data converter 4. The received data is not stored in a memory A02 as long as the replacement information is set at a register A15.
