Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce wirings to a half and save equipment costs by connecting a preamplifier via a low pass filter and a high pass filter in parallel to an X-ray counter, connecting one end of a conductor thereto and connecting a high voltage DC power source and a main amplifier to the other end. CONSTITUTION:Resistances 2, 4, and a capacitor 3 forming a low pass filter are connected to the electrode of an X-ray counter 1, and a preamplifier 6 is connected thereto via capaacitors 5, 7. The outputs of both are made common and one end of a high voltage cable 8 is connected thereto. A main amplifier 10 is connected via a capacitor 9 to the other end of cable 8, and a DC high voltage power source 14 is connected thereto via a low pass filter consisting of resistors 11, 13 and a capacitor 12. Thereby, the application of an electric power source and the transmission of signals are accomplished with one line of wiring, and the labor and cost of wiring are reduced by half. Particularly, this is suited for a multichanel device of a multielement simultaneous analyzing device.
