CONSTITUTION:Source voltage is applied intermittently from a driving circuit 3 to a timer motor 4. When source voltage fluctuates, the AC source voltage which is undercut of its fluctuations by a constant voltage diode 18 is applied to a CR integrating circuit 12 and therefore, the fluctuation of the source voltage are amplified. As a result, the change rate of the oscillaration period of the circuit 3 in higher than the fluctuation rate of the source voltage. Hence, the electric power of a heater 2 by the fluctuation of the source voltage is corrected.
