On the other hand, the power supply for an excitation amplifying circuit 6 and a power amplifier 7 of the poststage is applied with a timer 11 after about twice the leading time of oscillation of a crystal oscillation circuit 1 from the application of power supply to the circuits 1-5 of the prestage.
