Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce a decorative panel that has profound and the distunct boundary in the pattern or the like, by forming directly on the first synthetic resin layer a synthetic resin coating layer and a colored layer, and subsequently forming a second synthetic resin layer on both said layers.
CONSTITUTION: A polyethylene film 1 is placed on a smooth and leveled glass sheet 2, mold frames 3 are provided to form a mold, and a curable synthetic resin liquid is cast and is cured to form the first synthetic resin layer 4. Letters and a figure are directly printed on this surface of the layer within a synthetic resin coating liquid and are then cured to form the synthetic resin coating layer 5, and the colored synthetic resin liquid is poured onto the surface of the synthetic resin layer 4 excluding the printed coating layer 5 to the hight of the coating layer and is geled to form the colored layer 6. Then a synthetic resin is poured onto the coating layer and the colored layer and geled to form the second synthetic resin layer 7. Thereafter the whole body is heated in an oven to be completely cured to produce the decorative panel.
