Abstract

PURPOSE:To prepare a film-type packing agent, easily applicable uniformly to and releasable from the skin, dryable in a short time, and having high storage stability, by compounding unvulcanized synthetic rubber latex, a water-soluble polymer, a processed pigment coated with oily substance, a surface-active agent, and water. CONSTITUTION:The packing agent contains as main constituents, 30-65wt% unvulcanized synthetic rubber latex (dry basis), 0.01-15wt% water-soluble polymer, 0.1-10wt% (pref. 0.5-8wt%) processed pigment, 0.5-10wt% (pref. 1.0-8.0wt%) nonionic and/or anionic surface-active agent, 35-80wt% water, and 15wt% liquid polyhydric alcohol. The agent forms a uniform beautiful white film on the skin, and gives moist and pleasant feeling to the skin after releasing. The processed pigment is a pigment surface-coated with 0.2-5wt% oily substance (based on the base pigment).
