CONSTITUTION: The objective composition contains as essential components, (A) 1W30wt% the compound of formulaI(1W2 of R1WR4 are 8W20C alkyl or hydroxyalkyl and the others are 1W3C alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, benzyl, or polyoxyethylene having a total added molar number of ≤10; X is halogen or 1W2C alkylsulfuric acid residue) and (B) 0.1W30wt% the compound of formula II (R is 1W22C alkyl or alkenyl; A is 3W4C alkylene; (a) is added molar number corresponding to the average molecular weight of the AO polymer segment of 200W7,000; (b) is added molar number corresponding to the average molecular weight of the C2H5O part of 100W2,000; x is 1, 2 or 3; y is 0, 1, 2; x+y is 3; M is H, 2W3C alkanolamine, 1W3C alkylamine, or alkali metal).
