Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the titled machine for the automatic manufacturing of incense sticks, composed of a nozzle device, guide rollers and an endless chain swivellably positioned under said nozzle device, and a receiving plate attached to said chain and receiving the extruded incense stick transferably and cutting both ends of the stick automatically.
CONSTITUTION: A guide roller 22 is positioned under the nozzle device 16 which extrudes the pasty raw material of incense stick continuously under pressure. An endless chain 19 is positioned swivellably under the roller 22. The endless chain 19 is furnished with a flat receiving plate 20 which receives the incense stick 18 extruded through the nozzle device 16. The both ends of the incense stick 18 received transferably with the receiving plate 20 are automatically cut with a cutter 26. The automatic incense stick manufacturing machine of the invention produces incense stick having remarkably improved quality compared to those obtained by conventional machine, and the working efficiency is also extraordinary improved. Since the extrusion speed of the insense stick can be synchronized with the transfer speed, the bending or breaking of the stick can be prevented.
