Abstract

PURPOSE: To remove every kinds of dusts adhered to a heat conducting surface by a method wherein a cleaning plate having a plurality of holes through which heat conducting pipes are passed is moved to be reciprocatable in a longitudinal direction of a heat conducting pipe.
CONSTITUTION: Heat conducting pipes 2 are passed through a number of holes 6 made in a cleaning plate 5 and these holes are arranged at a place corresponding to an arangement of a plurality of heat conducting pipes. The cleaning plate 5 forms one rigid planer body which is crossed at a right angle in a longitudinal direction of the heat conducting pipe 2 along with the supporting beams 7, 8. Synchronized reciprocating movement of a chain 9 forcedly causes a longitudinal reciprocating movement of supporting beams 7, 8 and a cleaning plate 5. Dusts adhered to the outer circumferential surfaces of the heat conducting pipes 2 may be seraped off by the inner circumferential surfaces of the holes 6.
