CONSTITUTION:When a signal is supplied to a terminal 5b at the time of stoppage of the rotation of the motor 1, a brake signal is taken out from a motor driving circuit 5. The rotational number of the motor 1 is thereby lowered, the output (a) of a frequency generator 2 is subjected to wave shaping 4 and, the zero level thereof being clamped in a diode D, it turns to be a signal c' through charging and discharging of a capacity C1. The terminal voltage of a capacity C2 lowers as the frequency of the signal (a) lowers.
