CONSTITUTION:A developing sleeve 9 is installed oppositely to a photosensitive body drum 8, and a stirring screw 11 which stris a powdered developing agent 10 including a powdered developing agent 10 recovered from the sleeve 9, is installed in a route partitioned by a casing 12 and a guide plate 13. A conveying route is formed with the casing 12 which is continuously installed to form an arc at the developing sleeve 9 side, and a conveyance sleeve 14 which is located below the developing sleeve 9 and which becomes a rotating body, is installed in the conveyance route. Bristles 15 having an elasticity and a length which is sufficient to reach the inner surface of the casing 12, are set to the outer surface of the rotating body. Since the end of the bristles 15 rubs the inner surface of the casing 12 with the elasticity, occurrences of stoppage of the powdered developing agent 10 and blocking phenomenon in the space between the casing 12 and the sleeve 14 are prevented.
