CONSTITUTION:A belt conveyor 4 has a chain 7 provided with cleats 5 in a partial section and an energizing and pressing member 6, and conveys a PS plate by placing the same on the cleats. The leading end part of the PS plate is held and guided by a guide plate 12, and when the leading end of the PS plate abuts on a leading end positioning pin 9, it stops in such a position where the member 6 presses the trailing end of the PS plate by the energizing effect of a spring 13. Next, a side end pressing member 14 acts to position the PS plate by bringing the same into abutment with a side end positioning pin 15. The PS plate positioned in this way is conveyed to a printing position by an attracting means and at this time, the pin 9 rolls and retreats from the leading end of the PS plate.
