PURPOSE:To improve a production efficiency and to prevent damage of a circuit pattern, by installing a protective substrate through glass for melt-sticking on plural thin film conductive parts formed on a substrate, joining the protective substrate to each conductive part by means of pressing and heating, and after that, cutting and dividing it. CONSTITUTION:On plural thin film conductive parts 4a for a magnetic circuit, which have been formed on a ferromagnetic substrate 1, a protective substrate 6a is located and installed respectively through plate glass 7a for melt-sticking. Subsequently, the substrate 6a is heated in a pressed state in a high temperature furnace, the plate glass 7a is melted, and the substrate 6a is joined with each conductive part 4a. Subsequently, each conductive part 4a is cut and divided on the substrate 1, by which the production efficiency is improved and also damage of the circuit pattern in case of cutting is prevened.
