CONSTITUTION:A mixing tank 1 and a liquid lifting and circulating pump 3 are connected by a bent tube 5 to form a circulation pathway. A fluid pumped up by the pump 3 is sent into one end of the bent tube 5 and directed from the other end of the bent tube 5 into the mixing tank 1, where a negative pressure is produced by a nozzle provided at a part of the bent tube 5 in such a way as to suck a chemical agent into a suction port 10 and then send it from the other end portion into the mixing tank 1. Thus, chemical agents having small specific gravity can be simply mixed and stirred with good workability.
