Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable a simple manufacturing of a stable product, by a method wherein, after an inner core is press-molded, an outer core is brought into contact with an upper part of a bent inner core for securing thereat, and the inner core is then moved upward toward the outer core. CONSTITUTION:Each yoke side 6 of inner cores 1 and 2, placed in a molder 3, is press-molded and is held in a given size. Outer main core parts 7 of the two inner cores 1 and 2, contacting each other, are forcibly pressed into more than a given shape by means of main core heads 9 to form them in a bending manner. An outer core 10 is then brought into contact with the upper parts of the inner cores 1 and 2 so bent for securing thereat, and the inner cores 1 and 2 are then moved upward toward the outer core 10.
