Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A sleeve antenna consists of a whip antenna 1 and a sleeve element with 1/4 wavelength and opened tip. The whip element 1 and the sleeve element 2 are directly connected by inserting a band-pass filter 5 at the inside of the sleeve element 2 and the output is given to an input circuit of a radio set through a coaxial cable 3, that is, the first stage amplifier or transmission output circuit 6. As the input side load impedance of the band-pass filter, the impendance of antenna is estimated to form the band-pass filter.
