Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the blocking by a subreflection mirror and to decrease the side lobe, by providing a subreflection mirror in front of the main reflecting mirror and the 2nd radiation section consisting of the subradiator and the submirror at the submirror. CONSTITUTION:Signals from a transmission source are applied mostly to a power feeding horn 4. Electromagnetic waves radiated from the horn 4 form the 1st radiation beam via a subreflecting mirror 3 and a main reflecting mirror 1. A part of the signal from the transmission source is applied to a subhorn 5. Electromagnetic waves radiated from the subhorn 5 form the 2nd radiation beam through reflection on a submirror surface 6. A phase adjusting means is provided at the power feeding line to the subhorn 5 so that the effect of blocking of the 1st radiation beam pattern can be compensated by the 2nd radiation beam pattern.
