Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a pulse width demodulation suitable for circuit integration with less external components, by picking up positive and negative input signals as currents and also picking up one of excessive or deficient current which is a difference compared with a constant current. CONSTITUTION:When a positive signal is applied to an input terminal (a), a current of a transistor Q3(TR) increases and the current of a TRQ1 also increases. When the current of the TRQ1 is greater than a current set with a constant current I2, the collector potential of the TRQ1 is increased, a bias is applied to the base of a TRQ5 through a diode D4 and the potential at an output terminal (b) is increased. Inversely, when a negative signal is applied to the input terminal (a), the current of the TRQ3 is reduced but the current of a TRQ4 is increased, and when the current of a TRQ2 is greater than the current set at a constant current circuit I3, the collector potential of the TRQ2 is increased and the potential at the output terminal (b) is increased.
