Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate an insensible region, by connecting a resistor and a diode in series with a collector of a transistor (TR) switched with a signal changed in duty ratio and by smoothing an output from a connecting point. CONSTITUTION:An input digital signal is applied to a pulse generating circuit 1 and converted to a pulse having duty ratio on the digital value. This pulse is applied to a transistor (TR)2 and an output is given from a connecting point between a resistor 3a and a diode 3b. When a TR3 turns on, since the output is a forward voltage to the diode 3b, a voltage between base and emitter of a TR9 can be canceled, where a signal smoothing this output with a smoothing circuit 8 is applied. Thus, an insensible region can be avoided.
