Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the freedom of electrosparking and enable automatic electrode exchange by providing a plurality of electrodes in a manner freely movable in and out and supplying a discharge current independently by a driving mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Cylinders 5a-5e are fixed to the electrode fitting base plate 3 of a working head 1, and pipe electrodes 4a-4e are fitted in pistons 6a-6e fitted slidably therein. The rotation of a pulse motor 13a is transmitted to a worm gear 8a through a flexible rotary shaft 12a to slide the piston 6a upwards and downwards. Other electrodes can be controlled so as to independently move in and out from by means of an NC device 18. A pulse voltage is applied to each of the electrodes and a working solution is supplied thereto.
