Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The stock rolls 3 having a carcass ply 1 wound up together with a lining cloth 2 are disposed in the lateral direction relative to each other near a floor surface and are supported on a frame body 4 in a rotatable and removable manner. The carcass ply 1 is drawn out from the stock kroll 3 while peeling off the lining cloth 2 from the carcass ply 1 by intermittently rotating a take-up roll 9 for the lining cloth 2, then the carcass ply 1 is passed over the air table 8 and is transferred to the former 5.
