Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a flame-retarded 1,4-polybutadiene casting resin material having improved surface profile and dielectric properties of cured articles, by using a naphthenic oil as a diluent for 1,4-polybutadiene.
CONSTITUTION: A naphthenic oil is used as a diluent for 1,4-polybutadiene. By further adding an antioxidant, endurance characteristics at 85°C can be greatly improved, and volume resistance, dielectric constant, dielectric dissipation factor, tensile strength and elongation can be stabilized.
