Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the control delay time, by supplying a control deviation to a delay circuit when control conditions reach restricted those and inputting the addition signal of the output of the delay circuit and the control deviation to a controller, in respect to process control. CONSTITUTION:A work quantity is supplied to a valve 6 from a PID operating circuit 1 as a controller; and when the valve 6 reaches the saturation state such as full opening or full closing, a limit switch 7 is operated. A contrl signal M is generated by the operation of the switch 7 to connect a contact C of a changeover switch 4 to the side of a contact (a), and a quantity of deviation which is the difference between a target value SV and an actual value PV is supplied to an adder 2 through a delay circuit 3. This quantity of deviation and the quantity of deviation delayed by the circuit 3 are added in the adder 2, and the result is supplied to the circuit 1. A deficiency of the control deviation is stored in the circuit 3 temporarily, and an output signal is outputted from the circuit 1 to compensate the deficiency of the control quantity, and the valve 6 is controlled, and thus, the control of the valve for start-up is performed in the shortest time.
