Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a luminance signal free of the movement of a camera, by detecting the direction and extent of the movement of the camera, and by varying the timing for extracting the luminance signal from a CCD according to the detection signal. CONSTITUTION:A luminance signal from a CCD10 is supplied to a processor amplifier 22 through a sample holding circuit 21, and a vertical and a horizontal synchronizing pulse from a generating circuit 40 are supplied to the processor amplifier 22 to obtain a luminance signal of a standard system at an output terminal 23. A camera is equipped with a detecting means 41 for acceleration, and the detection signal of vertical acceleration applied to the camera is extracted. This signal is supplied to a processing circuit 42 to output a signal indicating the displacement of the camera, and it is supplied as a preset input to a presettable down counter 44 through an A-D converter 43. According to this output, the point in time when the luminance signal is led out of the CCD10 is controlled.
