Abstract

PURPOSE:To mount and dismount an image preserving body simply by mounting an image preserving body, which falls with its own-weight when the axially supported state is removed, on a mounting board which is made into one body with the conveyance belt of the sheet, and making said body slide on a guiding member. CONSTITUTION:A drum-shaped image preserving body 1 is provided to a main body 4 of a copying machine so as to mount in and dismount from the body 4 freely. A plate-shaped supporting member 3a is provided to a mounting board 2, and the body 1 is supported on the member 3a when its axially supported state is removed. A belt 9 for conveyance of sheet is provided to one end of the board 2. After the drum is held on the member 3a, a lock lever 7 is turned in the counterclockwise direction to remove a lock of the board 2, and the body 1 is pulled out in the arrow (a) direction through guiding said body with a guide block provided on the bottom part of the main body. Then, the engagement between a pin 2a and an engaging part 7a is removed through moving the lever 7 as whown with an arrow (b).
