Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain inexpensibly the captioned panel suitable for building by a method wherein low density nonwoven fabric such as glass fibers or the like is arranged in waves on an incombustible base, synthetic resin foaming material is supplied on it and then another incombustible base is laminated, set and hardened. CONSTITUTION:An incombustible base 1 (e.g., metal plate, slate panel, etc.) is supplied at a fixed speed in one direction and the low density nonwoven fabric 2 made of glass fibers and having densities 50-200g/m<2> is supplied on the back of the base at wavy pitches of the fabric which is dense at the central zone of the base 1 and rough toward both side edges of it and at a width slightly smaller than that of the base 1.
