Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify and ensure the tight filling of oil and inert gas into a buffer in which some oil is tightly filled in an inner cylinder and the other oil and the inert gas are tightly filled in a reservoir between the inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, by tightly filling the buffer with the oil in which the inner gas is previously dissolved. CONSTITUTION:To manufacture a buffer A, oil 9 is first introduced into a dissolving vessel 10 from an oil introducing pipe 11. After that, inert gas G is sent out from a container 15 through a pipe 14 fitted with a pressure reducing valve 13, so that the gas goes up as bubbles from stones 11 in the oil 9 and is dissolved therein. The valve 17 of an injection pipe 16 connected to the dissolving vessel 10 is opened so that the oil 9 containing the dissolved inert gas G is conducted under pressure into the buffer A. At that time, the oil 9 is introduced into the buffer A through the top port of a cylinder 1 as the rod flange 1a of the buffer remains open. The inert gas G is separated from the oil 9 due to the temperature rise with the operation of the buffer A to heighten its internal pressure in a reservoir C between an inner cylinder 2 and an outer cylinder 3.
