Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of a signal in a variable mixing circuit and to prevent degradation of the frequency characteristics, by divinging the current of a constant current source by two transistors, and giving divided currents to two differential amplifiers to change the gain of them. CONSTITUTION:A current of a constant current source I3 is divided with transistors (TR) Q10 and Q11 by a control voltage Vc2 applied to bases of TRs Q10 and Q11 and is given to two differential amplifiers consisting of TRs Q12 and Q13 and TRs Q14 and Q15. Collectors of TRs Q13 and Q14 are connected to not only a common load R3 but also to the base of an emitter follower TRQ16. A series circuit consisting of a resistance R4, a phase leak circuit 11, a tank circuit 12, and phase shifting circuits RT and CT is connected to the emitter of the TRQ16, and two signals different in phase are inputted from circuits RT and CT to two differential amplifying circuits, and the oscillation frequency is varied by the voltage Vc2 and is outputted from the TRQ16. Since the voltage Vc2 controls TRs Q11 and Q12 to which an AC signal is not flowed, the AC signal is not leaked between differential amplifiers.
