Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the ineffective load of a transmission relay station, by detouring the reception of a busy flush BF signal, without making the said call as call loss. CONSTITUTION:When a call from a transmission station (not shown) is given to an outgoing relay station 1 via an incoming relay station 2 for a called station, the station 1 catches the 1st routeIwith the known technology and transmits a connection signal from an outgoing sender 14 to an intermediate relay station 3-1. The relay station 3-1 returns a BF signal to the relay station 1 if the outgoing line has failure and congestion, on the way of reception processing of this connection signal. The outgoing relay station 1 decides the detour to the 2nd and 3rd routes II and III for required detour when the central 19 monitors the BF signal via the outgoing sender 14 and receives the BF signal.
