Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Alumina of α type, β type, etc. of aluminium oxide and calcium components such as calcium oxide are added to natural zeolite which is an essential component, and the mixture is granulated and calcined to prepare a desiccating agent. This desiccating agent has strong adsorptivity at ordinary temp. and low humidity, is high in the rate of adsorption, lasts long, is highly safe and is inexpensive; therefore it is adaptable to food, drugs, etc.
