Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the control of the rotating speed of a motor in a wide range by aiming at the fact that the rotating speed of a brushless motor is proportional to the current of a stator coil and varying the effective current by cutting off suitably the energizing time of a stator coil. CONSTITUTION:When the S-pole of a rotor is faced to the Hall element 1, the power at the point (a) varies from H to L, transistor (Tr) 7 is interrupted, Tr 8 is conducted, Tr 9 is interrupted, and Tr 12 is interrupted, and the collector potential of the Tr 12 becomes H. This H potential is lowered to L in accordance with the time constant by the differential circuit of a capacitor 19 and a resistor 20 via NOT circuits 17, 18, and the point (c) reaches the point (d) through a diode 21. The potential at the point (d) is compared with that at the point (f) by a comparator 33, when the potential at the point (d) is higher than that at the point (f), the potential at the point (g) is L, and the Tr 28 is interrupted, the coil 3 is energized, the coil 4 is interrupted. However, when the resistance of the variable resistor 25 is varied to raise the potential at the point (f) higher than the potential at the point (d), the potential at the point (g) becomes H, Tr 28 is conducted, and Tr 8 is forcibly interrupted, and the coils 3, 4 are deenergized.
