Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to treat the tip part of lining material at a position most suitable for operation, by performing reversal of the lining material by pulling a cord inserted in the lining material.
CONSTITUTION: The length of lining material 4 is made enough longer than the length of a conduit and wound on a reel 5. The lining material is reversed, the reversal part of the lining material coming out from the other end of the conduit is made to pass through a blocking apparatus 11. When said part comes out from the tip of the blocking apparatus 11, a take up gear 9 is stopped and the reversal of the lining material is stopped. The tip of the lining material is not reversed till its free end, it stays still in the lining material already reversed 4b. Pressurized fluid is forced from the pressurized fluid inlet 12 of the blocking apparatus 11 and pushes the tube 14 and blocks the lining material already reversed 4b in the conduit. The lining material is bonded certainly to the conduit by the adhesive applied to it beforehand.
