Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce a roller ghost by providing a rider roller which is caused to rotate by being contacted with an inking roller and also caused to oscillate in its axial direction.
CONSTITUTION: An ink distributing roller 13 which rotates and mixes ink while oscillating in its axial direction is provided and also inking rollers 11, 12 which are caused to rotate by being contacted with the ink smoothing roller 13 to receive ink therefrom and also caused to rotate by being contacted with a plate cylinder 10 to transfer ink thereto are provided. In addition, a rider roller 34 which is made contact with the inking roller 12 of which nip pressure is arranged to be adjustable and also rotates while being oscillated in its axial direction by the source of oscillation of the ink distrbuting roller 13 is provided.
