Abstract
PURPOSE:To save power in the reference voltage circuit and to avoid the limit of wiring, by generating a reference voltage required for logical operations from a cascade type current switching circuit, and making unnecessary the supply of the reference voltage externally. CONSTITUTION:The emitter of transistors Trs Q2', Q4' is in common connection with the emitter of other Trs Q1', Q3' via resistors RE1, RE2 respectively. The base of a TrQ6' is connected to the emitter of the TrQ4', and the emitter of a TrQ6' is commonly connected to the emitter of the TrQ4 via a resistor RE3. Further, taking an input terminal 1' as high level and an input terminal 3' as low level, the base potential of the TrQ6' is higher and the TrQ6' is conductive. When the terminal 1' is at low level and the terminal 3' is at high level, the Trs Q5' and Q2' are conductive.
