Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily perform the positioning of the commutator and the coil rings for the subject flat motor by a method wherein a plurality of sector shaped coil rings are arranged in the vicinity of the outer circumference of the commutator at equal intervals. CONSTITUTION:A ring-shaped coil 10c is placed in the sector shaped concaved part 11a on a forming pedestal 11, the upper surface of the coil 11c is pressed by a die 12, a heat treatment is performed, temporarily fixed using a self-welding agent, and an almost sector shaped coil ring 10c, having a convexed part at the vertex, is formed. Then, a plurality of coil rings 10c are arranged at equal intervals in the vicinity of the commutator by fitting the convexed part 10d to the concaved part 13a on the outer circumferential surface of the commutator which was formed corresponding to the convexed part 10d. Through these procedures, the realative positioning of the commutator and the coil rings can be simplified and the asembling work can also be performed easily.
