PURPOSE:To enhance the productivity of an ultrasonic welding mechine by forming a plurality of vibrators at the vibrating tip of the welding machine, welding with ultrasonic wave a plurality of parts to be welded simultaneously by pressing the portions to the vibrating tip, and thus eliminating the occurrence of detrimental stress at the horn of the tip. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of vibrating grooves 22a are formed radially at a horn 20 as a center at the vibrating tip 22 of an ultrasonic welding mechhine. The welding machine side is secured, the armature coil 3 and the welding portions of a commutator segment 7 are pressed to the grooves 22a under the prescribed pressure P to apply vibrating force F2 to the tip 22, and the ultrasonic welding is carried out. Since bending stress detrimental for the horn 20 does not occur in this manner, the welding machine operates stably, and since a plurality of portions can be simultaneously welded completely, the productivity of the welding machine can be improved.
