A space functioning as an oil path 9 is formed at a central section of one part of the upper section of the end surface of the winding through the side surfaces of the inside and outside diameters of the winding 3 and the ring 6, and the L-shaped inside and outside rings 61A, 61B with L-shaped sections are each arranged. The outgoing line 31 connected to the end section of the winding 3 is insulated with an insulator 32, and the insulating cylinders 62 are mounted surrounding the line 31. The base sections of the insulating cylinders 62 are unified with collars 63 covering the end surface of the winding, and used as the rings 64 with the insulating cylinders. A plurality of the rings 64 unified with the collars 63 are mutually stacked and disposed at intervals, and the insulating structure of the end section of the winding 3 is easily assembled.
