Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the attachment of condensed vapor of solution on the inner wall of the container by providing a means to locally cool the bottom of an inner container of the double structured pressurized dissolving container. CONSTITUTION:A solid sample 7 and the solution 8 are placed in the inner container 2, and an opening of the inner container 2 is covered by an inner lid 3. A female screw part 4a of an outer lid 4 and a male screw part 1a of the outer container 1 are connected and tightened. At this time, the inner lid 3 is pushed downward by the outer lid 4 and intimately contacted with a flange part 2a of the inner container 2 so as to obtain a hermetically sealed state. The bottom surface of the container 2 is intimately contacted with the top surface of a cooling plate 5a. Under this state, the entire container is heated in a dry oven, and the solution is evaporated until the equilibrium is obtained. Then a heat radiator 6 is cooled. Thus the bottom of the inner container 2 and the solution 8 are rapidly cooled via a cooling body 5, and the vapor in a hermetically sealed chamber 9 is preferentially condensed on the surface of the solution 8. Since the drops of liquid are not attached and left on the inner wall of the inner container 2 and the lower surface of the inner lid 3, the automation of the dissolution of the sample and the pick up of the sample become easy.
