PURPOSE:To increase noiseproofness and high speed, by generating a transmission timing and a control signal independently of an external signal, converting the signal into an optical level and transmitting it in space with a parallel light. CONSTITUTION:A clock signal 69 from an oscillating circuit 52 for transmission timing is counted at an n-notation counter 54, and when this counter is counted up, the signal is counted at an n-notation counter 62 of an extension module 30. When the n-notation counter 62 counts up, a transmission end signal 70 is generated and the step of the n-notation counter 54 is stopped with an inhibition gate 53.
