Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The leakage from a valve seat of safety valve can be detected by opening the valves 8 and 9 of branch pipes and closing the safety valve 2 at the main body, while operation inspections such as regarding the pressure of blow-off in the safety valve at the starting time and the stopping time can be done by opening the valve 9 of branch pipe, closing the safety valve 2 at the main body and the valve 8 of the branch pipe, injecting the specified amount of pressured gas from a purge valve 10, and reading a flow meter 7. When the inspection is finished, the inspecting equipment 7 can be removed by closing the valves 8 and 9 of the branch pipes, and they can be used to the other inspections of the safety valves.
