Hereafter, the destination subscriber number transmitted from the subscriber using the terminal 1 is received by the device 9 similarly to the general data teriminal, and the terminal 1 is connected to the destination terminal through the channel 5 by the device 8. Simultaneously, the charging processing for every subscriber indicated by the register 10 is performed by the device 8.
