Abstract

PURPOSE: The titled one-packtype composition, obtained by incorprorating a microcapsule prepared from a pasty mixture of lead peroxide with an organic liquid medium with a liquid polysulfide, having improved storgage stability, and suitable for a sealant, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A liquid polysulfide having mercapto groups at the ends and/or side chain is kneaded with a microcapsule prepared from a pasty mixture of lead peroxide which is a curing agent with 50W400wt%, based on the lead peroxide, organic liquid medium, inert to the lead peroxide, and preferably having a viscosity of 0.002W50 poises, to give an equivalent ratio between the lead peroxide and the mercapto groups of 1:(0.5W3.0) and not to destroy the microcapsule.
