Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve a positive supply of oil to a bearing by providing an auxiliary bearing oil feed line on a bearing branched off a hydrogen sealing oil supply line. CONSTITUTION:A rotor shaft 10 is provided with a bearing 5 adapted to slide and support the shaft and a seal case 2 which is provided axial with the bearing through a clearance and slides through the rotor shaft and a seal ring 3. A hydrogen sealing oil supply line 4 is provided in the seal case 2 and an auxiliary bearing oil feed line 11 is provided branched off the hydrogen sealing oil supply line 4. With such an arrangement, oil feeding is done in various manners. This enables the feeding of oil from the auxiliary bearing oil feed line free from interruption of the main bearing oil feed line, thereby preventing damage to the rotor shaft.
